The R&D Senior Scientist is responsible for supporting the implementation of formula and enable product experiences that drive consumer delight across a range of personal care brands. You will have the opportunity to showcase your capability across a wide portfolio of well-known brands including Aveeno®, Neutrogena®, OGX®, Clean & Clear®.
Your primary responsibility is to deploy product innovation – combining consumer insights with formulation recommendation to assemble products that consumers love. Delivering high quality, safe, sustainable, scientifically backed & efficacious products with exceptional consumer experience.
