A*STAR RESEARCH ENTITIES is seeking motivated scientists to advance safety research for generative AI and multi-agent systems within the CFAR, IAIC. You will work with regulatory and clinical partners to build scientific evidence, testing tools, and guidance for safe deployment of AI in real-world settings.

Qualifikationen

• PhD required in a relevant field as listed.
• Strong programming in Python with PyTorch experience.
• Research in AI safety, adversarial/multidisciplinary ML with GenAI or multi-agent systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings.

Aufgaben

• Design and conduct red-teaming and risk assessments of GenAI and multi-agent systems.
• Develop guardrails and risk-mitigation methods for safety and reliability.
• Establish post-deployment monitoring, drift detection and anomaly alerting.
