Job summary

SHANGHAI TUNNEL ENGINEERING CO (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Dive Supervisor to oversee hyperbaric and saturation diving operations for subsea and tunnelling projects in Singapore. You will supervise dive teams, ensure compliance with IMCA/ADCI standards and MOM WSH requirements, and coordinate with safety, engineering and management to maintain safe, efficient execution.

The role requires 15+ years of commercial diving experience with a focus on saturation diving or hyperbaric

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial diving experience required.
• Senior supervisory or superintendent-level background preferred.
• Experience with saturation diving or hyperbaric operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, safety and technical supervision of diving operations.
• Ensure compliance with IMCA/ADCI standards and MOM WSH requirements.
• Supervise dive teams and technicians during TBM interventions and gas operations.
• Review Dive Plans, Risk Assessments and Emergency Procedures.
• Oversee hyperbaric systems, decompression and life-support equipment.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe, efficient execution.
