Senior SAP Specialist - SuccessFactors (Contract) - YJ
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior SAP Specialist to join our Technology team. In this role, you will provide functional and technical support across various SuccessFactors modules. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth system operations, integration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and configuration support for SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and obtain stakeholder sign-offs.
- Evaluate and recommend system solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), workflows, and data models; support system upgrades and patches.
- Plan and execute testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) ensuring quality and traceability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with platforms such as S/4HANA, Concur, and other third‑party systems.
- Build strong partnerships with business users and provide training and support for system adoption.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on maintenance, testing, and upgrades in line with IT governance.
- Support project implementations, data migration, and post‑go‑live activities.
- Ensure data security and compliance in all system configurations and user access.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience; minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience supporting and configuring multiple SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll support and Role‑based permissions.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors–SAP integrations (e.g., S/4HANA, Concur) and third‑party systems.
- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), RPA tools, or data analytics preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills across functional and technical areas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in testing, documentation, and user training.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
- Exposure to HR technology transformation and automation initiatives is an advantage.
