Job summary

Excellent communication skills are required, with Mandarin speaking being an advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 8-9 years of relevant SAP QM experience.
• Professional experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring QM and PP functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day operation support in Quality Management.
• Identify gaps and create functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance to global business processes.
• Support AMS vendor solutions.
• Troubleshoot and assist business users in decision making.
