Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Team Management:
   • Lead and manage a team of SAP FICO professionals, including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
   • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
   • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
2. SAP FICO Implementation and Optimization:
   • Lead the design, implementation, and customization of SAP FICO solutions to address complex business requirements.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective system configurations.
   • Ensure the integration of SAP FICO modules with other relevant modules and external systems.
3. Financial Process Improvement:
   • Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and streamlining using SAP FICO capabilities.
   • Design and implement improvements to financial processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.
4. Project Management:
   • Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP FICO projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage project resources effectively.
5. Technical Expertise:
   • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP FICO, staying current with industry trends, updates, and best practices.

6. User Training and Support:

Requirements
