Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a SAP FICO/HANA Specialist in Singapore to design, configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO solutions across core finance processes. You will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions, supporting HANA/S/4HANA initiatives and CDS-based reporting.

The role requires a degree in IT or BIS and at least two years in ERP implementation/support, with advantageous experience in NetSuite ERP, SAP HANA, and FICO.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' ERP implementation/support experience.
• NetSuite ERP, SAP HANA, FICO experience advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead through major system transitions.
• Knowledge of development and customization of software solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP FI/CO solutions.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into SAP solutions.
• Support core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis.
• Support SAP HANA/S/4HANA initiatives, including data modeling, reporting, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Develop and support HANA-based reporting solutions, including CDS views and SQL where required.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO and HANA-related issues.
• Collaborate with ABAP, Basis, integration, and other SAP teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Prepare functional specs, test scripts, process docs, and user guides.
• Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate finance processes using SAP capabilities.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Hold a degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of Two years’ experience in a reputed ERP systems implementation and support is expected.
• NetSuite ERP, SAP HANA, FICO experience would be advantageous
• Strong foundation in change management principles and practices, with proven ability to lead organizations through significant system transitions.
• Possess general knowledge on development and customization of software solutions.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies would be an advantage.
