Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Associate with 11–15 years of SAP FICO expertise in finance and banking to lead and manage financial solution implementations.

You will design, configure, and implement FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, CCA, PCA, IO, TR), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior consultants.

The role requires driving process improvements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality, scalable FP&A and banking finance solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• 11–15 years of SAP FICO experience in finance and banking.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP FICO implementations.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.

Responsibilities
