Job summary

WhiteCrow Research seeks a Senior SAP CO Consultant to lead end-to-end SAP CO design for global finance requirements. You will align IT workstreams with upstream and downstream teams while shaping CO architecture across Europe, APAC, and India.

You will translate complex SAP CO concepts for business stakeholders and coach teams on SAP/Non-SAP topics, enabling sustainable internal capability growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with no Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong SAP CO knowledge and experience in cost accounting and revenue recognition.
• Experience coordinating across Europe, India and APAC regions is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Senior SAP CO Consultant, you will be responsible for...

• Strategic Execution: Orchestrating end-to-end SAP CO solution design to meet global finance requirements, while fostering strategic alignment with upstream and downstream IT workstreams to ensure holistic aligned solution.
• Analytical Expertise: Applying deep analytical skills to evaluate complex business requirements, modeling gaps and data into sound architecture E2E solutions across a multi-workstream and multi-region transformation programme.
• Clear communication: Translating complex SAP CO technical concepts into business-friendly language, ensuring stakeholders share a clear and common understanding.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Partnering with Finance, Accounting Shared Service, Supply chain functions, manufacturing, and IT teams across Europe, India, APAC to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions and business processes
• Coaching & Development: Actively pursuing personal growth by seeking feedback and embracing learning opportunities, while providing leadership and coaching to team members on complex SAP/Non-SAP topics. Aligning team technical and professional development with broader organizational goals to build sustainable internal capability.

What you already have...

• 3+ years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

• Product costing in cost estimates, cost variants both in legal and group valuation
