Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic delivery team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams. This role requires strong hands‑on experience across both functional and technical domains, combined with leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Lead and actively participate in all phases of the Salesforce project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to go‑live and post‑implementation support.
 - Manage development tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
 - Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escape issues as needed.
 - Demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, and commitment to project outcomes.
 
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
- Facilitate workshops with business users and stakeholders to capture detailed functional and technical requirements.
 - Document requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
 - Collaborate with stakeholders to align expectations, resolve issues, and communicate technical constraints clearly.
 - Build and maintain positive relationships with cross‑functional teams and clients.
 
Solution Design & Documentation
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions that balance configuration, custom development, integration, and data migration needs.
 - Prepare comprehensive functional and technical design documents in alignment with best practices.
 - Collaborate with solution architects to maintain consistency and compliance with standards.
 - Review and refine deliverables produced by junior consultants, providing mentorship and feedback.
 
Salesforce Development & Configuration
- Configure and develop Salesforce components using OmniScript, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex, and Flows.
 - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
 - Manage deployment activities and coordinate release management processes using CI/CD tools.
 
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Lead creation and execution of test scripts, facilitate UAT sessions, and validate business requirements.
 - Ensure all deliverables meet functional and technical expectations prior to deployment.
 
Training & Enablement
- Develop and deliver training sessions and user guides for business and technical users.
 - Mentor and guide junior team members to build internal Salesforce capability.
 
Data Migration Support
- Support end‑to‑end data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and uploads.
 - Ensure integrity and completeness of migrated data through verification and testing.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
 - Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce project implementation (or 4 years with proven team leadership).
 - Certifications (minimum): Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Platform App Builder.
 - Additional certifications preferred: OmniStudio Developer, OmniStudio Consultant, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer, Public Sector Solutions.
 - Strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and CI/CD pipelines.
 - Proficiency in business analysis, stakeholder management, and functional documentation.
 - Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
 - Experience in public sector or large‑scale enterprise transformation projects is advantageous.
