Job summary

ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead design, development and maintenance of Salesforce-based solutions supporting digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders in an agile environment, implementing Apex, Visualforce, LWC and Flows, integrating third-party systems, migrating data, and building reports and dashboards. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and a Salesforce Platform

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce software development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on development experience in:Apex VisualforceLightning Components / LWC Salesforce Flows
• Experience with third-party API integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce administration and platform configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model and support process configuration.
• Experience in: Custom Objects Workflow Automation Validation Rules/Approval Processes Reports & Dashboards
• Experience with data migration and CRM data loading tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using: Apex Visual force Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows
• Configure Salesforce platform components including: Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Picklists Page, Layouts Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Workflow Automation Profiles & RolesSecurity Controls
• Support integration of Salesforce with external systems and enterprise platforms using APIs and automation tools.
• Develop and support third-party API integrations.
• Perform data migration activities using Data Loader and other CRM migration tools.
• Configure and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing platform enhancements and optimization.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
