Job description

We are looking for Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join one of the Government Agency!

• Work with a team of professionals to develop and implement Salesforce solution for WOG
• Exciting opportunity to work with multiple ministry to deliver quality software applications

Responsibilities

Work within an Agile development team to deliver high-quality software applications according to requirements. This may include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate business requirements
• Develop Apex classes & triggers to support business needs
• Custom user interface development
• Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with 3rd party systems
• Integrate with WoG components/services
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices with proper documentation

Development/Customization

• Apex development
• Visualforce page development.
• Lighting components development.
• Experience in 3rd party API integrations.
• Experience with data migration through other CRM eg. data loader.

Configuration

• Hands‑on configuration experience in administration setup, eg., managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data & support processes configuration.
• Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layout, workflow, approval processes, validation rules & flow.
• Experience in report & dashboard configuration.
• Experience with OmniStudio & Omniscript will be a bonus.

Project

• Able to work independently
• Good problem-solving skills and able to provide optimal solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers/business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, experience in solution design and architecture
