Senior/Salesforce Developer (Apex coding)
Our client is strengthening their Salesforce-powered learner management platform and is seeking a technically hands-on engineer to maintain platform reliability and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Salesforce environment to ensure consistent performance, availability, and a seamless user experience.
- Carry out hands-on development and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve system errors, integration issues, and performance constraints.
- Lead root-cause investigations, implement long-term fixes, and introduce preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents.
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex platform challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver prompt resolutions.
- Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders and provide timely updates on system health and support activities.
- Ensure adherence to internal IT policies, security protocols, and data protection standards.
- Contribute to platform enhancements, configuration updates, and custom development efforts across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of application support experience, including 2–4 years focused on Salesforce platform management.
- Strong hands-on development skills, with solid experience in Apex—able to code, debug, and optimize solutions in a production setting.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration practices, and administrative functions.
- Familiarity with Lightning components, Visualforce, APIs, and various Salesforce clouds (e.g., Service, Sales, Marketing) is advantageous.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues with a structured and proactive approach.
