Job summary

A leading medical device company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative for the Medsurg business. You will promote products and solutions, meet growth targets, and maintain key relationships with hospital stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years of medical sales experience, a degree in a relevant field, and preferably experience in the operating theatre. This role offers the opportunity to drive sales strategies in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the medical field.
  • Experience in Sales in medical devices, preferably in capital equipment.
  • Experience in supporting cases in the operating theatre highly preferred.

Responsibilities

About the job:

This role assists in the execution of business strategy for Medsurg business for Singapore by promoting and selling our products, services and solutions to current and new customers. This role will also be required to meet growth targets and deliver levels of service and professionalism consistent with the strategic plan across the region.

What you will be doing:
  • Responsible to provide monthly sales forecast, meeting sales targets and demo/case support in the Operating theatre.
  • Identify untapped business opportunities, formulates account strategies & ensure effective implementation of territory action plans.
  • Provide regular market/competitor updates, sharing findings about market trends.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders (e.g Surgeons, Nurse Managers).
  • Manage & implement local sales strategies & execution in line with country objectives.
  • Periodically prepare sales performance analyses in sales results, forecast, critical issues as needed.
  • Conduct regular product in-service and product presentation to the customers.
  • Support Marketing initiatives including trade shows (exhibition) and other key events.
Who are we looking for:
  • Degree inBusiness, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical desirable.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experiences in the medical field.
  • Experience in Sales in medical device, preferably in capital equipment
  • Experience in supporting cases in the operating theatre highly preferred
  • Familiar with sales pipeline planning.
  • Motivated and independent individual.
