We are looking for a Sr. Sales Specialist with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and communication skills. The position will be responsible for markets and accounts in Korea that are growing rapidly under disruptive technology changes. In this role you will support the growth of the Consumer Solution C&E which generates new opportunities through revitalizing assets to enable growth and addressable market expansion.
You will coordinate across all functions, including sales, Marketing, TS&D, R&D, communication, and product management, as well as with peers, key customers, distributors, and relevant teams in other regions.
To maximize asset utilization, you will be responsible for forecast accuracy by working with Customers/Distributors to enhance Dow’s capabilities to meet demand in a dynamic environment. Portfolio management involves growth opportunities for the short‑ to long‑term through CRM with aligning local and global strategies.
