About the Role

As a Senior Sales Solution Consultant - PreSales, you’ll utilize your in-depth product knowledge to help sales staff uncover requirements and recommend solutions. Your unique expertise will help us advance the way the world pays, banks and invests, while you advance your own career with a growing, global organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support FIS insurance clients in the region
  • Through direct communication with prospective clients, work with sales executives to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and solutions requirements.
  • Help develop and articulate the value proposition of FIS’ Prophet actuarial solution to clients.
  • Demonstrate the actuarial and related insurance solutions to current and prospective clients. Provide actuarial, business and technical input to RFP’s, client proposals, etc…
  • In conjunction with the sales executives help manage and control the sales cycle from initial prospect contact, client needs analysis, solution presentation, completion of proposals, delivery schedules and product specifications.
  • Lead GTM initiatives for business development and incremental pipeline generation.
  • Be the client’s point of contact and co‑ordinate with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Maintain an effective presence at industry events, conferences, seminars and trainings as required.
  • Represent FIS in the relevant actuarial associations and fairs.
Product Focus
  • Maintain expertise in related insurance industry issues relative to trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Maintain expertise relative to the function and technology of the FIS product offering in order to represent and sell effectively.
  • Train new/junior team members as a senior consultant.
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong background in life insurance.
  • Extensive actuarial modelling experience.
  • In depth understanding and experience of actuarial and risk modelling techniques.
  • Knowledge or hands on experience of using other Prophet suite solutions like Prophet Enterprise, Insurance Data Repository etc, will be an advantage.
  • Extensive coding experience and expertise.
  • Business fluency in English.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Around 15‑25% of travel will be required.
Added bonus if you have:
  • University graduate in Actuary Studies or equivalent (actuarial certification an advantage)
  • Have worked in Insurance company, Business consultancy firms or Insurance solution providers for at least 10 years
  • Extensive experience in Prophet Modelling and Actuarial Systems.
