A construction and quarry operations company based in Singapore is looking for a Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, manage client relations, and oversee project logistics. Ideal candidates should have a diploma, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Relevant experience in similar industries is preferred. The role requires adaptability and teamwork, with a possibility of weekend work.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company sales goals.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a streamlined approach.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies and materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Addressing clients’ concerns and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess team effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Preparation of sales performance reports, sales budgets management and forecasts to ensure economically efficient.
Assist in overseeing, managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of business unit.
Managing project life cycle from planning to closure, scheduling and tracking of project progress.
Oversee the logistics in trading activities, including shipment scheduling and tracking.
Handle import and export documentation and ensure in compliance with regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and work closely with procurement for stock replenishment.
Evaluating safety standards, enforcing regulations and conduct regular safety inspections to stay in compliance with regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in overseeing the operations team, mentor and support team members.
Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline.
Preferably with relevant experience in construction and quarry operations.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer's need.
A good team player who possess drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with leadership capability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidate with driving license and willing to work on weekends preferred.
