Hotel Royal Queens, located in the heart of Singapore’s arts and cultural district, invites dynamic professionals to join our team as Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager.

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual who will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strong client relationships, and maximising revenue opportunities for the hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and expanding our corporate and group business.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets, with a focus on corporate room sales and revenue.

Prospect, identify and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts through sales call, networking and referrals.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate clients and travel managers.

Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and property site inspections.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and packages.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare timely sales reports.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality management or a related field.

Proven hotel sales experience: minimum 3–5 years for Sales Manager, 5–7 years for Senior Sales Manager.

Strong understanding of hospitality sales, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently.

For Senior Sales Manager: Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
