JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible for overseeing wedding, catering, and group sales, managing the full process from initial inquiry and booking through to successful execution.
  • Assist in preparing departmental budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with guidelines and effective cost control.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after events, consistently exceeding expectations and driving repeat business.
  • Conduct site inspections and execute sales activities to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with the key personnel to prepare monthly forecasts and performance updates.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual business and marketing plan for the department.
  • Achieve revenue targets for weddings, banquets, catering, and related sales segments as outlined in the annual business plan.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum education of Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a 5-star class environment
  • Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Have a positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel
  • Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
