A leading company in FMCG is seeking a Key Account Manager in Singapore to develop and implement strategies for market expansion, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in FMCG, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven ability to influence others. Qualifications

  • Key account management experience dealing with Zabka from a supplier’s perspective highly preferred.

Job Description

Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and market expansion plan that would increase volume, revenues, and profits for the business function. This individual is to improve the organization’s market position and achieve volume and financial growth.

Responsibilities
  • Introduction of new product launches into the Key Account channel.

  • Development of channel strategy in cooperation with Head of department and HQ.

  • To Create and develop Customer’s Sales Plans.

  • Lead regular portfolio evaluation, implement growth initiatives and corrective actions.

  • Design and execute a deployment plan for the distribution strategy to maximize cycle plan and customer potential.

  • Develop long-term sales plans for customers, monitor & recommend sales activities to achieve sustainable volume, value & profit growth.

  • Refer sales opportunities and customer feedback- to internal organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.

  • Perform operational work related to day-to-day business (i.e., volume forecasting, customer reports, customers presentations, updates on trade and competition, budgets management etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and HQ to identify and answer the appropriate business solutions.

  • Build collaborative business relationship with internal and external partners.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cooperation with top 5 retail chains in the FMCG category, tobacco experience is a plus.

  • Key account management experience dealing with Zabka from a supplier’s perspective highly preferred.

  • Attitude of continuously striving for excellence to achieve superior results.

  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others.

  • High communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
