Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director
Department: Sales & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets and market share growth. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals. Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide training and development.
  3. Revenue Growth Drive top-line revenue through direct sales efforts and account management. Optimize pricing, product mix, and customer segmentation for profitability.
  4. Key Account Management Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Oversee the management of high-value accounts and contract negotiations.
  5. Forecasting & Reporting Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the executive team. Monitor and adjust sales tactics based on performance metrics and insights.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales campaigns, product offerings, and customer service.
  7. Compliance & Ethics Ensure sales practices comply with legal regulations and uphold the company’s code of ethics.
