Job description

• To bring new business by marketing the Dao By Dorsett name and concept ensure the given quota/targets set on sales call, room nights and room revenue is being met.

• Procure new and repeat business by monitoring contacts with corporate accounts

• Provide support to Assistant Director of Sales and team by participating in meetings, provide updates on potential business, assist with client service issues, conducting property tours etc.

• Proactively drive revenue and secure business

• Anticipates and project sales forecast and monitor market trend

• Work collaboratively with operations team in all properties to deliver the best to all our clients.

• Established partnerships, initiate, renegotiate and established key accounts through annual RFP.

• Ensure efficient administration of the department is taking place to support all sales activities

• Manage special projects under the direction of Assistant Director of Sales

• Attend major sales networking and related functions

• To sell meeting space, seminar and our related cluster properties

• Manage time effectively by : Scheduling each week so that you are out of office on sales call between prime selling hours from 9.30 to 11.30am and 2 to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.

• Preparing brochure, rate sheets and presentations prior to meetings offices and areas on blitz with Assistant Director of Sales.

• Any other duties as directed.
