Job summary
A construction and engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a Sales Executive to manage sales processes and develop client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of sales experience and a diploma or degree in a related field. Responsibilities include creating sales quotations, handling procurement, and monitoring performance metrics.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of sales experience in a related field.
- Preference for candidates with a Class 3 Driving License and their own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and approval of sales quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Work with the Project Team to estimate costs and handle procurement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage with prospects to promote products and services.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, collecting feedback to improve services.
- Perform thorough market and competitor research.
- Represent the company in client meetings and on-site visits.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and manage sales pipelines.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and completed on time for monthly reports.
