Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and resolve complex employer–helper disputes, serving as the main escalation point within the agency
  • Ensure all case‑handling procedures comply with MOM regulations and maid agency industry standards
  • Explain and clarify employment contracts, service agreements, and agency policies to employers and helpers
  • Communicate professionally with employers, helpers, training centres, and overseas partner agencies
  • Provide expert advisory to clients regarding helper selection, placement expectations, and employment guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and compliant case files, ensuring documentation is complete and ready for MOM audits
  • Track dispute trends and prepare internal reports to improve agency processes
  • Assist with client consultations and provide professional input during helper placements when required
  • Share market and placement insights based on extensive maid agency experience
  • Train and mentor junior consultants on case handling, communication skills, and agency procedures
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and workflow guidelines specific to maid agency operations
  • Monitor staff performance and guide them to uphold service quality and compliance
  • Support management in strengthening the agency’s operations, service standards, and regulatory compliance
Requirements
  • CEI certification is mandatory
