Our client is a Japanese company that provides an office search platform and brokerage services. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Real Estate) to drive office space solution sales and manage client relationships.

This position reports to the Managing Director in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the general office brokerage business
  • Conduct sales activities by proposing and introducing suitable office spaces to companies and business owners considering relocation or new setup
  • Drive the development of new markets and the expansion of existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and building owners

Requirements & Preferences
  • Certified as a Real Estate Salesperson (RES) under Singapore’s Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) regulations
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the real estate industry
  • Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong motivation to engage in sales, including new business development
  • Demonstrated stability with consistent employment history
  • Prior experience working in start-up environments or Japanese companies
  • Proven track record of closing more than 30 office lease contracts
  • Experience in office real estate brokerage within Singapore
