Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
- Analyze market data, historical sales trends, and demand patterns to forecast sales volumes and plan inventory levels.
- Coordinate with production and supply chain teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with potential customers, conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and close contracts.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide input on product positioning, pricing, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, including sales expenses, incentives, and promotional activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG food sector.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales activities with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Solid background in sales, preferably within the FMCG industry. (Foodservice)
Progressive career through various sales roles, gaining hands‑on experience in account management, business development, and sales leadership.
