About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales professional to join our client growing Air Freight team. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, managing existing clients, and ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calls, and sales visits.
  • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver persuasive and solutions-driven sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
  • Participate in contract discussions and negotiate pricing with clients
  • Provide competitive, value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Prepare air freight quotations and coordinate with sea freight, warehousing, and road transport teams when needed.
  • Liaise with overseas agents to track shipment movements and update clients promptly.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher qualification with at least 5 years of sales experience in Air Freight, ideally within the freight forwarding industry.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with a pleasant personality.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
