About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by expanding the customer base, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing strong client relationships, contributing to the continued success of the organisation.

What you will be working on:
  • Execute day-to-day sales activities, including handling sales inquiries, preparing and following up on quotations/tenders, and addressing customer feedback.

  • Plan and implement tactical sales action plans to grow sales and profit margins, achieving sales targets and performance goals.

  • Create new contacts and develop new business opportunities.

  • Provide technical sales and marketing support to customers.

  • Stay informed of market and industry trends, as well as competitors, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximise sales and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance and trade requirements.

  • Manage all Trade Accounts Receivable for customers under your care, ensuring zero bad debts.

  • Achieve KPIs and other work assigned by the management.

What we are looking for:
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

  • At least 3 years of technical sales or business development experience in product sales.

  • Experience in project management and in managing relationships with external stakeholders.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and own vehicle.

  • Willing to work in construction sites or dusty environments.
