Based in Singapore, we specialize in designing, developing, and producing cutting-edge solutions for industries such as AI server, Edge AI solution, medical devices, industrial automation, and automotive systems, testing instruments and IoT solution. With a global supply chain and a strong presence in Worldwide, SwanTech leads in hardware, firmware, software, and algorithmic innovations which include:

  • Intel & RISC-V Architectures – Server and card applications
  • ARM Cortex-A & Cortex-M Processors – Industrial and consumer electronics
  • FPGA Processors – Medical, automation, and industrial applications

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management & Business Development

  • Strong knowledge and foothold of the current Europe and US market.
  • Expand and service the existing customer base within Singapore.
  • Continuously grow the company’s business to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive follow-up on sales leads and tenders.

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Gather costing information, prepare and issue quotations to customers in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with the Service Department on parts availability and job status to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Performance & Quality Management

  • Ensure all productivity, efficiency, and quality targets are met.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
