We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in the F&B related industry, covering both new business development (hunter) and key account management (farmer).
This role suits someone hungry for sales, confident in the field, and able to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
Identify and acquire new customers in F&B / foodservice / retail channels.
Conduct cold calls, visits, product presentations, and sampling sessions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly new sales targets.
Develop strategies to enter new segments and expand market reach.
Manage and grow existing key accounts.
Build strong relationships with buyers, chefs, and procurement teams.
Track sales performance, ordering patterns, and customer needs.
Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain retention and satisfaction.
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals.
Prepare weekly sales reports, pipelines, and KPIs.
Work closely with marketing and operations to fulfil customer needs.
Attend industry events, customer meetings, and training sessions.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B / foodservice / beverages / FMCG sales.
Strong hunter mentality with proven track record in acquiring new customers.
Strong farmer mindset with experience managing key accounts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Possess own transport (advantage, depending on job requirement).
Candidates with stronger experience will be considered for Senior Sales Executive.
