About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to drive growth in the F&B related industry, covering both new business development (hunter) and key account management (farmer).
This role suits someone hungry for sales, confident in the field, and able to build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Hunter (New Business Development)
  • Identify and acquire new customers in F&B / foodservice / retail channels.

  • Conduct cold calls, visits, product presentations, and sampling sessions.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly new sales targets.

  • Develop strategies to enter new segments and expand market reach.

Farmer (Account Management)
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, chefs, and procurement teams.

  • Track sales performance, ordering patterns, and customer needs.

  • Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain retention and satisfaction.

General Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company goals.

  • Prepare weekly sales reports, pipelines, and KPIs.

  • Work closely with marketing and operations to fulfil customer needs.

  • Attend industry events, customer meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B / foodservice / beverages / FMCG sales.

  • Strong hunter mentality with proven track record in acquiring new customers.

  • Strong farmer mindset with experience managing key accounts.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Possess own transport (advantage, depending on job requirement).
