Mobility is the goal

  • Conduct sales planning and develop service strategies to grow the portfolio.
  • Serve existing clients and actively develop new customer relationships.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, needs, and requirements.
  • Propose solutions and sales presentations to showcase the value and address client questions head‑on.
  • Prepare and negotiate maintenance contract proposals, including:
  • Maintenance rates
  • Terms & conditions
  • Legal and customer‑specific requirements
  • Participate in open tenders and prepare all necessary documentation for submission.
  • Review customer‑issued contracts for special terms and conditions that differ from company standards.
  • Act as a liaison between operations and commercial teams.
  • Support digital business initiatives and transformation efforts.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximise sales opportunities to align service delivery with contract terms.
  • Assist Credit Control Executive in pursuing overdue payments.
  • Prepare monthly reports such as:
  • VFO
  • Unit Losses
  • Conversion Report
  • P21
  • Ensure compliance to Schindler Organizational Norms, policies, procedures, and requirements of the Sales process.
Mobility needs you
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in service sales, contract management, or customer relationship roles.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
