Responsibilities
- Engage in the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing and implementation, including delivering sales presentations, crafting detailed proposals, and managing each stage of the sales process
- Collaborate with the Department Head to identify and develop new market opportunities in Southeast Asia and Southwest Pacific regions managed by the department, with a focus on the logistics community to build a robust network of customers
- Identify and develop strategic plans to generate new sales leads and acquire new customers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, recommending appropriate products to enhance sales and customer satisfaction
- Organize and manage marketing events and seminars, both locally and internationally, to boost brand awareness and drive new business opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing with 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology, air cargo, or logistics industries
- A proven track record in B2B sales is highly desirable
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage and persuade
- Positive attitude, highly motivated, independent, and resourceful
- Willingness to travel both locally and internationally as required
