Job Description
- Foster strong business relationships with new/ existing corporate accounts and ensure consistent business follow ups.
- Carry out product promotions to market company’s products and capabilities.
- Participation in trade shows to generate new sales leads.
- Keep abreast of the latest development in technology and changing customer requirements and expectations.
- Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities and maintain a high level of commitment and work ethic while carrying out duties.
- Do cold calls and make sales appointments.
- Focus on going out to visit customers to get sales on daily basis.
- Report to director on sales visit on a daily basis.
- Coordinate development of all aspects of quotations and proposals.
- Develop sales strategy to improve market share within assigned territories/market segments.
- Provide on-job training to new hires/junior coordinator within own division on ISO standard and established work procedure.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years in sales, and proven track record of success in driving growth and meeting targets.
- Preferred to have relevant experience in offshore marine industry.
- Candidate without experience are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work hard to hit sales target.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Independent, outspoken, pleasant personality.
- Possess Class 3 License with own car.
