Job Summary

An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team managing sales and customer relationships in the Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Cellcia and Prober customers in Southeast Asia, primarily Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Achieve backend sales and booking budgets set by the business unit.
  • Accurately manage sales and booking forecasts in alignment with the business unit.
  • Increase backend business market share through new device penetration, development, and legacy replacement.
  • Develop strategies to counter new device customers in their business expansion.
  • Create new business strategies to attract customers through 'Legacy Tool Replacement' promotions.
  • Conduct monthly review meetings between the business unit and region to align goals and realize business plans.
  • Increase new or sustainable business for backend customers by potentially raising ASP and MPR according to goals.
  • Develop and drive upgraded strategies and tactics to increase ASP or profit in the next business expansion.
  • Analyze and map out customers' tester platforms against device types and end applications.
  • Provide updates on major customers' tester platforms against device types and end applications.
  • Understand customers' business direction and industry market trends via testers' install maps and investment plans.
  • Explore future device focus areas for customers over the next three years.
  • Generate monthly progression reports and review with the business unit.
  • Strengthen operational readiness.
  • Provide timely updates on BEOL information regarding market situations, customers' forecasts, VOC, and issues via CALL reports to the business unit and region.
Requirements
