Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans within the semiconductor and automation sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales, strong consultative selling abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with clients and collaborate cross-functionally.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar sales role within the semiconductor or automation industry.
  • In-depth technical understanding of semiconductor or automation products and solutions.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to address client needs.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Building strong relationships with both new and existing clients through excellent consultative selling skills
  • Providing technical expertise and solutions to address our clients' unique challenges
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Continuously seeking to enhance your product knowledge and stay ahead of market trends
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar sales role within the semiconductor or automation industry
  • In-depth technical understanding of semiconductor or automation products and solutions
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to identify and address client needs
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
