Job Scope:
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team and clients, explaining complex product features and capabilities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the technical benefits and value propositions.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contracts that meet client specifications and requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure products meet client needs and industry standards.
- Provide ongoing technical support to clients after the sale, including troubleshooting, training, and system upgrades.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, including identifying target markets and sales channels.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to inform product and sales strategy improvements.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineering / Business related studies
- At least 3 years of working experience liaising with customers from Semiconductor Industry
- Ability to conduct technical sales (Expected candidate is able to catch up product knowledge in short period)
