Job Benefits:

Job Scope:
  1. Provide technical expertise to the sales team and clients, explaining complex product features and capabilities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the technical benefits and value propositions.
  4. Develop and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and contracts that meet client specifications and requirements.
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
  6. Work closely with engineering and product development teams to ensure products meet client needs and industry standards.
  7. Provide ongoing technical support to clients after the sale, including troubleshooting, training, and system upgrades.
  8. Assist in developing sales strategies, including identifying target markets and sales channels.
  9. Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to inform product and sales strategy improvements.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma in Engineering / Business related studies
  • At least 3 years of working experience liaising with customers from Semiconductor Industry
  • Ability to conduct technical sales (Expected candidate is able to catch up product knowledge in short period)
