Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woodlands for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will engage in technical sales processes, provide pre- and post-sales support, and develop tailored solutions for customers. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, delivering technical presentations, understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and ability to deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and providing product-related advice.
  • Strong Communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and interacting effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Expertise in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying customer requirements and aligning them with technical capabilities.
  • Educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Technical knowledge or experience within the protection or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
