Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Learn our product portfolio to provide technical support, information, and guidance to new and existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations on our services and solutions.
- Support the full sales cycle by assisting with negotiations, handling objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent service and recommending new opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and the sales team to achieve shared goals and deliver great results.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and educational workshops to build your professional network and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales, sales engineer, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Degree in any relevant field. A background in Engineering or Science is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills and enjoy talking to people.
- Proactive and resourceful person who can work well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the semiconductor, industrial, or a related technical industry is an advantage but not required.
- Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents are preferred.
