We are looking for a strategic hunter to manage and grow a portfolio of large, high-value clients in the Consumer, Retail, and Logistics sectors.

You will drive business development, expand service offerings, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities across assigned accounts, expanding service footprint.
  • Provide actionable insights and market intelligence to senior management for early, strategic client engagement.
  • Lead proposal and SoW preparation, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners to develop account plans and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Resolve client queries and escalations while positioning the company as a trusted partner.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years in Consulting or IT Services
  • 6+ years in Account Management / Business Development in Singapore, ideally with Retail/CPG clients.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and consultative selling of IT solutions and outsourcing services.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
