We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support tender, contract, and sales operations through timely coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Tender Administration
- Review tender documents to extract relevant requirements for distribution to relevant stakeholders for follow up actions
- Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), filling up tender-related forms, and compiling complete tender submission documents.
- Monitor tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure submission deadlines are met.
Contract Management
- Draft and prepare maintenance contracts in accordance with agreed terms.
- Maintain contract records and track renewals or updates as required.
Leads Administration
- Source through various portals to identify relevant leads and assigned out to the appropriate sales personnel
- Ensure all incoming leads from various channels are promptly logged and assigned to the appropriate sales personnel
General Sales Support
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation of all sales and tender activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties as needed to support sales processes.
- Guide Sales Team on file management and proper documentation practices and usage of sales toolkits
Requirements
- Possess at least a Local Diploma
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
