Job description

The Senior Sales Coordinator (IT) will support and coordinate sales operations for IT products in collaboration with the sales team and Channel Partners. This role is responsible for managing sales enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting business development activities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners to achieve sales targets. This role will be 90% inbound. Occasional visits to vendors and customers may be required.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sales enquiries, order coordination, and quotations.
  • Support new market initiatives through cold and warm calls.
  • Liaise with vendors for ad-hoc pricing, promotions, and discount requests.
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute sales reports in a timely manner.
  • Support the achievement of quarterly sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Identify and assist in developing potential resellers and new partners.
  • Generate and grow business with existing clients and support new business sources.
  • Work closely with internal sales teams to meet assigned targets.
  • Coordinate closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and timely issue resolution.
  • Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management.
Organisational Alignment
  • Work closely with Order Entry, Order Margin, Freight Management, Purchasing & Warehousing, Customer Service, and Quote Teams to ensure seamless workflow.
