Job summary

A luxury retail company in Singapore is looking for a retail sales associate who will be responsible for building client relationships, managing stock, and ensuring high shop standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to working retail hours, including weekends. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing.
  • Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and basic selling skills.
  • Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Ensure high standards in shop floor maintenance.
  • Build and maintain a client database.
  • Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance.
  • Support team members in administrative duties.
  • Process credit card and cash payments.
  • Update after-sales records in the system.
  • Ensure adherence to retail standard operating procedures.

Location:

Downtown/Changi Airport

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations
  • Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
  • Ensure the shop floor is maintained to a high standard at all times
  • Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
  • Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports
  • Processing of credit card & cash payments
  • Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
  • Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing
  • Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player
