About the Role

As a Senior / Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador in our Singapore boutiques, delivering a personalized client journey and building long‑lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury retail and motivated by exceeding sales expectations while upholding the highest service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance by achieving and surpassing individual and store sales goals
  • Deliver a luxury client experience through tailored service, expert product knowledge, and storytelling
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective CRM management and follow‑up
  • Contribute to boutique operations, including visual merchandising and maintaining a premium shopping environment
Candidate Requirements
  • 2–3 years of luxury retail experience with proven sales success (experience in luxury watches/jewelry is an advantage)
  • Strong sales acumen with a results‑driven and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric approach
  • Flexible to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
