Role Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated Full-Time Sales Associate with 1–3 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG or food supply industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and expanding our oil and egg product line, building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies for oil and egg products, identify new business opportunities, and monitor performance to adjust tactics as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners to foster loyalty, resolve their concerns, and communicate about products, promotions, and new offerings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure efficient sales execution, and participate in team meetings for strategic planning.
  • Communication and Reporting: Deliver sales performance and market trends presentations to internal stakeholders, provide feedback on client interactions.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food supply industry; with exposure to edible oils, eggs, or related food products.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and close sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, particularly in driving product sales in competitive markets.
