As a Senior Sales & Service Associate, you will play a leadership role on the sales floor by driving customer engagement, supporting operational excellence, and guiding junior associates. You will be entrusted with added responsibilities including store security, team development, and ensuring the highest standards of service and brand representation.
Areas of Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Sales
- Deliver premium customer service by building authentic connections, understanding needs, and recommending products.
- Handle reservations, pre-orders, and special customer requests, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales targets by promoting product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling where appropriate.
Operational Leadership
- Responsible for opening and closing the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Safeguard store keys, cash, and assets, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support inventory flow, product replenishment, and stock control to maintain store readiness.
Team Development & Coaching
- Lead by example on the sales floor, motivating team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide feedback and on-the-job coaching to junior associates on sales techniques, visual merchandising, and styling.
- Support the onboarding and training of new associates.
Visual Merchandising & Product Knowledge
- Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising team to execute seasonal updates and maintain a premium store presentation.
- Contribute to product placement decisions based on trends and customer insights.
Accountability
- Demonstrate ownership and responsibility for store performance, setting a positive example for the team.
- Work closely with store management to support business objectives and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management to support store operations and business needs.
Must be able to commit to retail shift hours.
