Job summary

MPR INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise excavation and trenching for the installation of fire hydrant chambers and Kubota pipe systems on Changi Airport runway projects.

You must ensure compliance with Kubota GENEX installation methods, approved drawings, and local regulations, inspect workmanship, review drawings, and be able to work night shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering degree required.
Experience supervising airport runway projects.
Minimum 5 years as RTO on local projects.
IES/ACES registration required.

Responsibilities

Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship on site.
Check drawings and contract specifications, including submission/shop drawings.
