Job summary

A leading energy provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced Engineer specializing in rotating equipment. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance for critical machinery including gas turbines. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Power Generation or the Petrochemical industry, strong analytical and leadership skills, and familiarity with vibration analysis and condition monitoring tools. This position offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to important improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years experience in rotating equipment engineering in Power Generation or Petrochemical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of Siemens V94.3A and GE 9HA.01 gas turbines is an advantage.
• Proficient in vibration analysis, thermography, and condition monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for all rotating equipment.
• Conduct and interpret vibration analysis and thermography.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for rotating equipment issues.
