Job summary
ST ENGINEERING URBAN SOLUTIONS LTD. in Singapore seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and develop networked sensor products. You will ideate, simulate and prototype, then test and document results for volume production.
The role requires microwave RF design experience with EDA tools, sensor/radar signal processing on MCUs, and strong communication skills. Meticulous and eager to learn, you will join a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in electrical/electronics/computer engineering.
- Hands-on experience with electronic, lab and automation test equipment; transceiver tech is a plus.
- Must have microwave RF design experience using listed EDA tools.
- Sensor/radar signal processing on MCUs.
- Meticulous, eager to learn, and good written/communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Research, design and develop networked sensor products through ideation, analysis and prototyping.
- Characterize, test and evaluate sensor products; prepare reports and conclusions.
- Troubleshoot and tune sensor products hands-on.
- Participate in product design reviews and analyses.
- Design and develop automatic test equipment for volume production.
- Document and release products for volume production.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
