You bring a Master’s/PhD in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in RF plasma in semiconductor contexts, and hands-on experience with RF hardware, FPGA-based controls, and CAD

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years RF plasma applications in the semiconductor equipment industry.
• Experience troubleshooting RF hardware, generators, matching networks, or related systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Proficient in English for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize RF modules and reactor solutions for ASM products.
• Design and implement reliable RF structures delivering stable performance.
• Troubleshoot RF generators, matching networks, and related hardware systems.
• Characterize plasma performance and investigate RF- and plasma-related issues.
• Develop FPGA-based control solutions to maximize plasma performance.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and drive product development.
