Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service with up-to-date fashion advice and product knowledge.
• Recommend complementary items to increase sales.
• Stay informed on store promotions, merchandise, and sales procedures.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Support cashiering, stock control, housekeeping, merchandising, and security duties.
• Manage online store operations and digital marketing activities.
• Receive and inspect merchandise for quality, quantity, and pricing accuracy.
• Give feedback on product quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Create and maintain attractive product displays in line with A&P themes.
• Monitor and replenish stock, conduct stock-takes, and report shortages.
• Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff and promoters to meet sales targets.
• Enforce safety and security procedures and report incidents.
• Maintain clean and organized sales areas and accurate records (VIP, SKU, stock, sales).
• Track staff attendance and ensure adherence to duty rosters.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in retail.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
